After arguing the matter for sometime, Mr. Thakkar seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Grievance Redressal Authority of the first respondent-corporation. That grievance redressal mechanism in terms of the revised policy (Clause 9), according to Mr. Thakkar, enables him to approach the Regional General Manager (Retail)/Regional LPG Manager. It is stated that the petitioners

suresh 23-WP-11.2016.doc would like to approach the Regional General Manager (Retail). In the light of the statement made by Mr. Thakkar, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach this Grievance Redressal Authority. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
