Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That by direction and order of this Hon'ble Court, the Plaintiff be allowed to amend the Plaint in Suit No. 2234 of 2007 for impleading of Respondent No. 5 abovenamed as Defendant No. 5 in the said Suit, and adding the contents of the Schedule annexed hereto".

It is clarified that the Defendants do not admit any of the allegations made

Nitin 2 / 2 921-CHSL-2298-2015 against them and / or their Advocates in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

Place the Suit on 12 th January, 2016.
