Before this Court no legal ground to support apprehension of forcible dispossession is made out. Admittedly a civil dispute in relation to title is pending. Petitioner can obtain appropriate relief to protect his possessions in that litigation. Nesarikar

Hence keeping all contentions open and with liberty to Petitioner to approach civil Court for staying relief, we dispose of the present Petition.
