Mr. Modi states that the time granted in paragraph 1 of the order dated 19th October 2018 be extended by one week. The eight weeks period expired on 14th December 2018. The time to pay extended upto and including 21st December 2018. Mr. Modi states that the statement of account has not been provided. Mr. Amin states that copy has been provided vide letter dated 11th September 2018 addressed to Ashok Purohit and Company. What has been provided is a statement. The working has not been provided. The Bank shall provide the working within two weeks from today, failing which it will be viewed as deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Court.
