Having heard the applicant's Advocate and the Advocate appearing for the Slum Rehabilitation Authority, but finding that the writ petition was dismissed for failing to remove the office objections within the given time frame, the notice of motion is allowed. The order passed by the Prothonotary &

suresh 3-NMW-548.2015.doc Senior Master is set aside. We grant four weeks time. This would be conditional and even within this added period the office objections are not removed and the procedural compliance is not made, no restoration application will be entertained and the writ petition will be treated as dismissed, without any further reference to Court.
