Heard Mr. Badgujar, learned Advocate for Applicant. 2.

Present Interim Application is filed for conversion of original Petition No. 164 of 2020 from Petition for Probate to Petition for Letters of Administration with Will annexed, inter alia, in respect of the property and credits of Kalpana Janardan Hadkar alias Kalpana Janardhan Hadkar. It is averred that in the interregnum the sole executor of the Will of the deceased also expired on 30.06.2020. The names and details of the legal heirs of the deceased have been stated at Exh. "C" annexed to the Interim Application. 3.

Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons mentioned therein, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses

IA 701-23.doc (a), (b), (c) and (d) which read thus:- "(a) That the delay of 833 days be condoned in the interest of justice; (b) That the Applicant be permitted to amend, as per details in Exhibit "C" annexed to Interim Application in Schedule No. I, of Original Petition along with consequential amendments; (c) That office of the Prothonotary & Senior Master be directed to issue Citation with Amended title;

(d) That the Applicant be permitted to publish Citation in "Free Press Journal" and "Navshakti".

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 5.

Pursuant to the publication and filing appropriate affidavit of service, office to take further steps in accordance with law. 6.

Interim Application is disposed.
