Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased Neelima Vijay Hate. The Petition is filed by the husband of the deceased. There is one daughter Sanyukta whose name and details are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 along with details of the Petitioner. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 7 of the Petition. Reason for delay in filing the Petition is explained in paragraph No. 10. Same is taken into consideration and the delay stands condoned.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) That a Legal Heirship Certificate certifying that the Petitioner along with the Heirs mentioned in para No. 4 are the only heirs and legal representatives of the said deceased i.e. Neelima Vijay
