Arbitration Petition (L) No. 1731 of 2015 is taken out with delay of three days after expiry of a period of 90 days of the receipt of award. Notice of Motion (L) No. 3531 of 2015 is taken out for condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Motion is made absolute and delay is condoned. The office shall now register the arbitration petition.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 seeks time to place on record bye laws of the Respondent bank on record. Let such bye laws be placed on record within a period of one week from today. Both petitions to come up for hearing on 2 March 2016 at 3.00 p.m.
