Mr.Walawalkar, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners submits that though the matter has been settled out of Court, he could get written instructions for withdrawal only from Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 as others have vacated the premises and are not available. Premises have also been demolished.

In view of the statement made, we dispose of the Writ Petition as not pressed. However, we grant liberty to the other Petitioners to approach the Court, if their grievances are not redressed. [MADHAV JAMDAR, J.] [UJJAL BHUYAN, J.]
