For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Petition is restored to file. The Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Court fees to be paid on or before 29th April 2016 with no possibility of an extension. On payment of court fees, the department to proceed accordingly.

If court fees are not paid by that date, the Petition will stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court and will not thereafter be restored under any circumstances.
