Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder : "(a)This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the orders dated 23.06.2015 and 09.09.2015 passed by the Ld. Prothonotary and Senior Master and this Hon'ble Court be further pleased to restore Suit (L) No. 179 of 2015 and Notice of Motion (L) No. 497 of 2015 to its file".

The Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff shall remove office objections within a period of one week from today, failing which the Suit shall stands dismissed without reference to this Court.
