The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 makes a statement that they will reactivate the lift from ground floor to top floor in the building known as Mrigajal, within 2 days from today.

The learned counsel for the Respondents makes a statement that they have no objection and they will allow the Applicant as well as their family members to use the lift 24 hrs. Statement is accepted.
