Heard learned counsel for the official liquidator. 2.
By this OLR, the official liquidator is seeking the following directions:- "(a) In view of para (8) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment towards the outstanding advertising charges of Rs.35,532/- to Admire Publicity Private Limited from the funds lying to the credit of the company in liquidation. (b) In view of para (10) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the official liquidator to appoint a panel valuer to carry out fresh valuation of the immovable asset of the company in liquidation situated at 104, VIP Plaza, CTS No.611, Veera Industrial Estate, Off Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053."

This Court is informed that four attempts were made earlier for sale of the property, but the valuation was done during the pre-Covid 19 period and hence fresh valuation would be necessary. 4.
In view of the material brought to the notice of this Court, the directions sought in the OLR deserve to be granted. Hence, the OLR is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), quoted hereinabove.
