The Petitioner was charge-sheeted on various grounds and the departmental inquiry is going on. In the meantime, the Petitioner was transferred to his native place and the inquiry is also being held at that place. The Tribunal has given cogent reasons while dismissing the OA filed by the Petitioner.

In our view, no case is made out by the Petitioner for interfering with the impugned order passed by the Tribunal while exercising our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 and/or 227 of the Constitution of India. Hence, writ petition is dismissed. Interim order is stand vacated. M.S. SONAK, J.
