This Notice of Motion is taken out by the petitioner for restoration of the petition which stood rejected by the office on 3rd November, 2015 for non-compliance with the order dated 20th October, 2016. By that order, the petitioner was directed to remove office objections on/or before 3rd November, 2015. Mr. Maniyar, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner states that, the office

Rane * 2/2 * NMW-73-2016 Wednesday,5.10.2016 sr.no.8 objections had remained to be removed through inadvertence. He points out that the present Notice of Motion has been taken out on 15th December, 2015 i.e. at the earliest opportunity after rejection of the petition.

Heard the Advocates. Perused the papers. For the reasons stated in the affidavit-in-support of the Notice of Motion, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The petitioner is directed to remove office objections within a period of 2 weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed within the time granted, the petition will stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
