Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the affidavit of the Petitioner of Judges Order. I have signed the judges order.

It is made clear that the permission to sell the immovable property in question is granted to the Petitioner subject to an undertaking to be filed in the office of Prothonotary and Sr. Master within one week from today that the Petitioner will deposit 1/2 share of the sale price of the property in question with the office of Prothonotary and Sr. Master and the same shall be invested initially for a period of three years till minor son Soujash Mukherjee attains the age of majority.

It is made clear that the Petitioner would be allowed to sale the said property only if the Petitioner files the undertaking to the aforesaid effect.
