From the Affidavit and the emails annexed thereto, it is clear that the Plaintiff is not coming forward to give any instructions to the present Advocates in the above Suit. In view thereof, the Chamber Order is allowed and M/s. Duttmenon Dunmorr Sett are hereby discharged from appearing for the Plaintiff in the above Suit. The Chamber Order is disposed of.

Place the Suit for 'Dismissal' on 21 st January, 2019. A copy of this order shall be forthwith served on the Plaintiff by hand delivery by the Advocates for the Plaintiff who have just been discharged.
