This Appeal was admitted on 3rd June, 2019 and it was adjourned to 8th July, 2019 for final hearing. It was thereafter adjourned at the instance of the Appellant.

Today, Mr. Ochani, learned counsel in support of the appeal states that he has been instructed to withdraw this Appeal as the tax effect involved in this Appeal is less than Rs. 50 lakhs as provided in CBIC Instruction No. 390/Misc./116/2017-JC dated 11th July, 2018. Pursis to the above effect by the Commissioner, Central Tax Pune-I dated 11th July, 2019 is also taken on record and marked "A" for identification.
