Pursuant thereto, the petitioner has tendered Draft Amendments impugning the said order, which amendments run into 66 pages. In view thereof, the Petitioner is allowed to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if so advised. The above Petition is accordingly disposed off.
