Mr. Andhyarujina seeks leave to withdraw the leave petition and also arbitration petition since petitioner has already filed appropriate proceedings in Ahmedabad. Mr. Mehta states that respondent had to incur cost in view of this petition filed and therefore, presses for cost. Mr. Mehta is not unjustified.
