Mr.Mody on instructions from respondent no.8 who is present in Court undertakes that by 2.3.2019, the entire decretal amount of Rs.5,60,13,930/- with interest @ 4% p.a. for the period 25.3.2011 upto 16.1.2017 shall be deposited with the Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay. Mr.Mody on instructions from respondent no.8 further states that respondent no.2 who is managing director of respondent no.1 will file an affidavit confirming the KJ

2/2 48.CONPL172.18.doc undertaking recorded today and in that undertaking, bind respondent no.1 and other directors as well. Copy of this affidavit shall also be served upon the Advocate for petitioner by 5.2.2019. 2.

It is open to petitioner to apply for withdrawal of that amount at which stage, respondents may raise such rights and contentions as advised.

In view of this undertaking given, petition stands disposed. Liberty to apply.
