By this petition filed under section 2 of the Bombay Regulations, VIII of 1827, the petitioners who are the legal heirs and next of kin of the deceased Mr.Shivram Nandappa Hegde who died on 27th January, 2011 seeks heirship certificate. A copy of the death certificate of the said deceased is annexed to the petition.

In paragraph (3) of the said petition, it is stated that the said deceased died intestate. In paragraph (4), the names of all the legal heirs and next-of-kin according to the Hindu Succession Act applicable to the parties are disclosed. In paragraph (5), it is stated that the parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased did not have any other son or daughter. There are no other legal heirs left by the deceased save and except whose names are disclosed in paragraph (4) of the petition.

The statements made in the petition are accepted. Proclamation

kvm 2/2 8-MPT14.19 is dispensed with.

The petitioners have made out a case for heirship certificate. 5.

The petition is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Office is accordingly directed to issue heirship certificate expeditiously. No order as to costs.
