The Petitioner has obtained information under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Without linking one information to the other the Petition has been filed seeking a direction that an investigation be ordered into the scam. But what is the scam? Nothing emerges?. For the last 15 minutes we have grappled with the learned Counsel as to in what manner the Petitioner links the various documents to MLA fund statedly misutilized by Shri Janardhan Chandurkar, Member of the Legislative Assembly. Learned Counsel is unable to show any such pleadings. The Petition does not warrant any direction to be issued. The Petition is dismissed.
