The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that an Agreement has been signed w.e.f. 15 th March, 1999 between the Petitioner and the Respondent for supply of HSD to 198 depots of the Respondent across the State of Maharashtra. The said Agreement is valid upto 10th January, 2022 with a renewal Clause for further period of two years on mutually agreed terms between the parties. In view thereof, the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to fle a fresh Petition, if so advised.
