This Company Application has been filed seeking to amend the scheme as per the schedule annexed to the Company Application. Basically what is sought is the substitution of clause 6.2 of the scheme.

After hearing Mr Sethi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and considering the averments in the affidavit-in-support, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within one week from today. All concerned parties to act on the copy of this order duly authenticated by the Company Registrar of this Court and the modified scheme.
