For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the present Notice of Motion, for setting aside an order of dismissal passed on 13th October 2015 by the Prothonotary & Senior Master and further seeking that a delay of 21 days in filing the present Notice of Motion be condoned, is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
