This is the Plaintiff's Chamber Summons to substitute the name of the Respondent in place of the 4th Defendant since the 4th Defendant has sold of his business.

For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out on or before 29th July 2016. Given the large number of parties, it will not be necessary to serve the writ of summons afresh on all the Defendants. It will be sufficient if an 13h July 2016
