The Petition is fled challenging the order dated 07.04.2011 passed by the Dy. Superintendent (Market) Adm. of the RespondentCorporation black-listing the Petitioner for a period of 5 years i.e. from 29.12.2010 to 28.12.2015.

The order of black-listing was passed on 07.04.2011 and the Petition has been fled in December, 2015. In any case, the order of black-listing has come to an end on 28.12.2015. 3.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise the extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court and entertain the Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. (S. G. DIGE, J.) (A. A. SAYED, J.) AKN 1/1
