The Petition is fled challenging the order dated 07.04.2011 passed by the Dy. Superintendent (Market) Adm. of the RespondentCorporation black-listing the Petitioner for a period of 5 years i.e. from 29.12.2010 to 28.12.2015.

The order of black-listing was passed on 07.04.2011 and the Petition has been fled in December, 2015. In any case, the order of black-listing has come to an end on 28.12.2015. 3.
