By this notice of motion the applicants seek restoration of the arbitration petition which is dismissed in view of the non-compliance of the order passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master on 21st July, 2015. Learned counsel for the applicants states that all the office objections are removed including payment of court fees. Statement is accepted. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, order passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master on 21st July, 2015 is set aside. Arbitration petition is restored to file. Notice of motion is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
