It is stated that while disposing of the earlier application, the Court was under the impression that it was only an application for early hearing of the Petition, whereas there were other reliefs claimed, which had been sought by the Applicants, which were not considered by this Court while disposing of the said application. 1/2

5. IA 4831-22.doc Chittewan We have gone through the prayers made in the application and also the Order passed by this Court dated 23 September 2022 while disposing of the earlier application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, we allow the same. Interim Application (L) No.27071 of 2022 is restored to its original fle and be listed for hearing after three weeks.
