We direct the applicant to file affidavit of service within a period of one week from today. In view of averments made in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the affidavit of service, a case for restoration is made out. Notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Restored appeal shall be kept under the caption of fresh admission on 27th March 2019.
