JANUARY 14, 2019.
P.C. :
This Arbitration Petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking an extension of time for the period of six months to complete the arbitration proceedings and pass a final award. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 respectively, on instructions, have fairly stated before me that they have no objection if the time is so extended.
In these circumstances, the time to complete the arbitration proceedings and pass a final award is extended by a period of six months from today. The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
