Though there are many prayers made in the present Writ Petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner restricts his relief to prayer clause (b). Vide that prayer the Petitioner has sought issuance of directions to the Respondent No.2, Deputy Registrar, to expedite the proceeding of Appeal No.25/18 before Nesarikar

We are informed that the hearing is already concluded and the matter is posted for orders. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel we are inclined to grant prayer clause (b). Hence, the Respondent No.2 is directed to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than four weeks from today. 2.

With these directions Writ Petition is disposed of. 3.

All other contentions raised by the parties are kept open.
