At Mr. Marne's request, the Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Refund of Court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 2.
Mr. Marne states that the Defendant had obtained the licence for the period during which his restaurant was running. The Defendant has now shifted and has gone overseas. The restaurant is shut down. The Suit is, therefore, infructuous. Hence, this application.
