Mr. Lad appearing on behalf of MHADA, on instructions, states that within a period of two weeks from today, MHADA will pass the requisite order. 2) In the light of the fact that the main writ petition is disposed of by accepting the statements of Mr. Lad as undertakings to this court, we dispose of the notices of motion as well. We reserve rights of the petitioners/applicants to claim such amounts as are permissible in law by way of appropriate proceedings.
