Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the affidavit of the Petitioner in support of Judges Order. 2.

The Petitioner has made out the case for grant of reliefs as mentioned in the Judges Order subject to the Petitioner submitting an undertaking that the Petitioner to deposit 1/3 share in respect of the minor son of the deceased, as and when the property is sold, with the Prothonotary and Sr. Master of this Court within eight weeks from the date of such sale. 3.

I have accordingly signed the judges order subject to aforesaid condition.
