We are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. However, since the main Motion i.e. Notice of Motion (Lodging) No. 2359 of 2015 is pending, we direct the learned Single Judge to expeditiously dispose of the said Notice of Motion. The plaintiffs and the defendants to complete the pleadings within four weeks. The Motion be decided within eight weeks.
