APPL. 955, 956-15 directing the learned Single Judge to expeditiously dispose of the petition / application filed by the Appellant under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, on merits and in accordance with law. Copy of the corrigendum notice is brought to our notice by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, disclosing that the last date for submission of tender is 13.1.2016 and the Respondents propose to open the technical bids on 15.1.2016 and 18.1.2016. Interim order shall continue till then. Learned Single Judge may consider the petition / application filed under Section 9 of the said Act, before 13.1.2016. Liberty is granted to the parties to apply. 2.

In view of the disposal of both the appeals, the Notice of Motion (L)) Nos. 3648/2015 and 3649/2015 filed in the respective appeals do not survive and are accordingly disposed of. .
