The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has grievance regarding summons issued by Respondent No.2- Directorate General of GST Intelligence, Surat, Gujarat and seeks to quash the same. The petition is sought to be filed in this Court on the premise that the Petitioner is located at Andheri, Mumbai and summonses have been received in Maharashtra. 2.

Considering the fact that action of the authority situated at Surat, Gujarat is being challenged, the Petitioner will have to take 1/2

2-wp-4883-2022.doc appropriate steps to move the Court which has the territorial jurisdiction. Keeping all the contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the writ petition.
