Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The present writ petition is filed seeking direction against the respondent no.1 to withdraw the attachment to the property of the Society.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that on 3rd February, 2023 the order is already passed revoking the order dated 27th December, 2017, attaching the property of the petitioners.
