1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] In this Writ Petition, Prayer clause 32(A) reads thus : " This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or such other writ as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to the Respondent No.2 to decide and pass orders in complaint lodged by the Petitioners on 21/7/2018 and which has been closed for orders on 20/08/2018.

3] Although various other consequential prayers have been made in the present Writ Petition, the Respondent No.2 -Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies, F-North Ward has in the meanwhile passed orders on 4th February, 2019.

(6)WPL-4377-2018.doc 4] Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the said order is also erroneous on various grounds and he will advise his client to seek appropriate legal remedy as may be available to him in law. Accordingly, since the main prayer has became infructuous, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to seek remedy against the order passed by Respondent No.2- Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies, FNorth Ward as may be available in law. 5] The communication dated 4th February, 2019 tendered by the learned counsel for the Petitioners today in the Court, is taken on record and marked as x-for identification.

6] In this view of matter, Writ Petition No.4377 of 2018 stands disposed off.
