This is the Plaintiffs' Notice of Motion under Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Prima facie, it seems from Exhibit "E" onwards that the Defendants have completely ignored the ad-interim injunction dated 29th October 2015 and have continue using the impugned mark on their marketing material, advertisements and so on.

Issue notice to all the Defendants, returnable on 14th October 2016. Service is to be effected through the bailiff. In addition to the Notice through Court, private notice is permitted. 11th August 2016
