This is an application is for restoration of the Writ Petition which came to be dismissed for non removal of objection and also for condonation of delay in filing this application.

We have perused the memo of the application, we have also perused the reasons which are set out in support of the prayer for condonation of delay. 3.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and having noted the contents of the memo of the application, we are of the opinion that it is in the 22 January, 2024 Kiran Kawre

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b). 5.
