For the reasons set out in the affidavit in support, we condoned the delay of 49 days in filing this application. For the same reasons, we also set aside the order passed by this Court on 12th October,2015. The Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

We direct that within a period of four weeks from today, the parties shall comply with the office objections and thereafter the Notice of Motion can be placed in the regular course for hearing and final disposal.
