By the order dated 27.1.2016, the adoptive mother was directed to file affidavit setting out assets and liabilities including loans and mortgages, if any. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has today tendered an affidavit dated 1.2.2016 of the proposed adopter setting out in paragraph 2 various investments made including house property at Thane, LIC policies and more importantly fixed deposits with various banks as set out in paragraph 2 copies of which are filed along with the compilation in the earlier occasion. There are no liabilities of any kind. Copies of renewed Fixed Deposit Receipts are annexed to this Affidavit. Shivgan
