We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 2.

We have been informed that the matter is under consideration before the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA). It is the contention of the learned counsel for the MCZMA that the proposal is considered. However, minutes of the meeting are not yet uploaded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 1/2

Darshan Patil 27-WP-80-2024.doc necessary compliances shall be made once the minutes of the meeting are uploaded. He further, on instructions, submits that within 2 weeks from the date when the minutes of the meeting are uploaded the petitioner will make necessary compliances.

MCZMA to take final decision on the proposal within 8 weeks from the date when the compliances are made by the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.
