This suit survives only against Defendant No.1 and has been dismissed against Defendant Nos.2 and 3 for want of service of writ of summons. Notice of Motion No. 2257 of 2015 is taken out by the original Plaintiff against Defendant No.1 seeking directions to produce original documents in the custody of Defendant No.1. Learned counsel for Defendant No.1 submits that he will file his client's affidavit of documents and compilation of original documents within a period of two weeks from today. He may do so. The Notice of Motion is disposed of in terms of the above order. Learned counsel for the Plaintiff tenders affidavit of evidence of his first witness, Kantilal Haria (PW-1).
