Having seen the report, the order of 20th July 2018 as also the list of flats annexed at page 10, I am inclined to make the report absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). As regards prayer clause (b), the amount is not required to be received from the Plaintiff as deposit but will be deducted from the funds in the hands of the Court Receiver. Payment to Architects and Chartered Accountant in prayer clause (a) will also be made from thsse funds. 7th January 2019
