By consent, the Court Receiver's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). As regards prayer clause (a), a statement is made that Defendant No. 7 has already executed and registered a permanent alternate accommodation agreement with Defendant No. 3. It agrees that it will on identical terms and conditions (except for the necessary changes in regard to the actual area) execute agreements with Defendants Nos. 1 and 2. The terms and conditions including as to additional area are to remain the same as those in the agreement with Defendant No. 3 and other members. 14th January 2019
