1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has filed Judge's order along with affidavit of petitioner affirmed on 23.10.2023, copy of the grant issued on 26.09.2023, copy of the draft of agreement for sale executed on 27.01.2023, consent affidavit of Bhanuben and Jash. 2.

Petitioner to explain that how minor Veer can be a signatory to the agreement to sale. Furthermore, petitioner to state whether property is transferred in the name of the legal heirs of the deceased.

Petitioner to add distribution clause in the Judge's order. Petitioner to take steps to deposit the share of the minor Veer with the Accounts office of the Court or otherwise as per the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 and file additional affidavit to that effect, if required.
